About the Program

Seattle Central College’s Web Design certificate program and associate degree will provide you with specialized web typography and graphic design skills necessary to compete in today’s web industry. You will learn the theory of web design and user experience, writing for the web, navigational elements as well as work on advanced projects for learning how to produce websites.

Web designers apply their creativity and knowledge of user interface best practices to design the “look and feel” and navigation structure of websites. Our Web Design program prepares graduates for careers such as:
